Sea Lore FALLing For Nemo Week, Day 3: Bruce-ally Honest!

Press Sample

Good morning, readers! It's day 3 of Sea Lore FALLing for Nemo Week! Today's polish is inspired by the lovable, yet dangerous, shark named Bruce! If you missed the last 2 posts, go check out Nemo-tional and A-DORY-ble!

Bruce-ally Honest is an off-white crelly base with ice blue shimmer, sky blue mini hexes, and white shards. It is on the sheer side so I've done 4 coats with top coat for these photos. My nails were a bit stained so if they weren't, I bet 3 coats would have been enough. I may even layer this over a light gray or white base next time to save on layers. I just love the shards, which I assume are to represent the shark teeth! No issues to report.

Again, on my accent nail, I've done some Bruce inspired freehand nail art.

The shimmer in Bruce-ally Honest is more subdued than the others and I really love the soft look it gives!

What do you think of this new polish by Sea Lore? This is available now at the shop below, along with the other 4 of this collection I'm showing you this week! Thanks so much for reading!

  3. Oh my gosh, all three of these have been so, so adorable! Fantastic art skills, and I especially like the idea behind this polish. I wouldn't have thought shimmer and shards would work together, but it's lovely!

  4. This is my favorite nail art so far! Great job on his teeth! Love the shards in this! I think it would look great over a blue too. Maybe a cream one so the blue glitters in this will still stand out. :)
